Security

The on-line security of all our customers is of paramount importance to us.  All transactions on this site are handled through PayPal; we do not receive or hold any of your financial details.  Purchasers and vendors receive protection when carrying out transactions using PayPal, although you do not need a PayPal account to buy products on this site - a credit or debit card will suffice.  For more details, please visit www.paypal.co.uk

Ordering

All prices are exclusive of VAT and quoted in Pounds Sterling. 

Footprint Impression Management Ltd reserves the right to alter prices and/or terms and conditions without prior notice.  All orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.

Documents and Podcasts will be emailed to your email address within two working days of the order being placed, although for weekday orders, we will endeavour to send these the same day.  From Spring 2009, files will be sent automatically; until that time, a real person will be picking out your files and emailing them to you!

If you have not received your emailed files within three working days of order, please contact lost@spa-docs.com, forwarding a copy of your PayPal receipt.

Refunds
All documents are described in some detail, so once payment has been made and the documents/Podcasts sent, we cannot refund money paid, unless, for example, you have purchased the same document several times in error.  Please check your order in your basket carefully prior to paying!

Prices

All prices quoted on the site are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT at the prevailing rate.  Prices quoted in Euros and US$ are approximations, based upon the exchange rate on 9 October 2008.  For non-UK purchasers, if you buy from the site, PayPal will convert the Sterling rate into your local currency at the exchange rate in force on that date.  Overseas purchases are exempt from UK VAT.
