Job application form*

To make your life easier, and to reduce the time it takes you to sort through and compare CVs, Spa-Docs has created a one-size-fits-all job application form, which is suitable for recruiting at all levels, from receptionist to manager.  By requesting that all candidates complete the same form, you can easily compare their experience and qualifications.

It also has the added benefit of asking questions that you may have previously asked at interview – for example, sickness record, period of notice required, criminal convictions, etc. – which may make the candidate inappropriate for the role you want them to fulfill.

These documents are provided as a PDF file (Background notes and sample letter to be sent with application form in one PDF file) and as a MS Word document (application form without Spa-Docs footer).  This enables you to tweak the application form as appropriate for your business.

Letters to job applicants*

This pack of sample letters and forms makes the job of responding to job applications much simpler, with templates of letters, including:

• Calling an applicant for interview

• Advising an applicant that their application has been unsuccessful

You will need to customise each of the covering letters, and they should ideally be printed on your letterhead, but the templates contain prompts to ensure that you include all information relevant for the candidates and referees.
