Spa-Docs.com/Salon-Docs.com was set up by spa consultancy professionals from Footprint Impression Management, following research with hair and beauty businesses up and down the country.

When meeting with owners and managers, we realised that there are often gaps between the paperwork they need, and the paperwork they use.  This is not just an administrative issue, it could actually cost the business very dearly.
